Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how InfinityRealm processes data when you use the apps TagProdaj Classifieds, ShareBasket, DailySpray Nasal Spray Tracker and Image Wizard Creator, as well as the infinityrealm.rs website.

The scope of processing depends on the app and the features you use. InfinityRealm does not sell users’ personal data.

1. General information

InfinityRealm is the name under which the apps are published and maintained. For questions about privacy, access, correction or deletion of data, contact office@infinityrealm.rs.

Data is processed only to the extent necessary to operate the features selected by the user, maintain service security, troubleshoot issues, provide support and improve app stability.

2. TagProdaj Classifieds

TagProdaj is an app for publishing and browsing classified listings, communicating between users and saving favorite listings.

Data that may be processed

• account and contact data voluntarily provided by the user, such as an email address, display name, first and last name, phone number or location information included in a listing;
• listing content, including the title, description, category, price, photos and other information published by the user;
• messages exchanged through the chat feature;
• data about favorite listings, account activity and support requests;
• technical data required for app security and operation, including device identifiers, app version, operating system and diagnostic data.

Purpose of processing

Data is used to create and maintain accounts, publish listings, enable communication, display favorites, prevent abuse, provide support and maintain app security and stability.

Data that a user publishes in a listing or in the public part of a profile may be visible to other app users.

3. ShareBasket

ShareBasket enables users to create and share shopping lists, invite members and synchronize changes in real time.

Data that may be processed

• account or guest data, such as an email address, display name and user identifier;
• lists, basket names, items, quantities, units, optional prices and purchased-item status;
• invitations, membership in shared baskets and content exchanged within shared lists;
• messages and photos voluntarily added by the user when that feature is available;
• data from support requests and technical data required for synchronization and service security.

Purpose of processing

Data is used to store user profiles, synchronize lists between members, manage invitations and access, prevent abuse, resolve technical issues and provide support.

Data in a shared basket is available to users who have access to that basket.

4. DailySpray Nasal Spray Tracker

DailySpray is used to record nasal spray use locally, display statistics and track usage streaks.

• usage history, statistics, settings and streaks are stored locally on the user’s device;
• InfinityRealm does not receive or store these health-related notes on its server;
• the app does not require a user account;
• the user can remove local data by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

DailySpray is an informational habit-tracking tool and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

5. Image Wizard Creator

Image Wizard Creator provides basic image processing, text addition, rotation and combination of visual content.

• images selected by the user are processed locally on the device;
• InfinityRealm does not receive or store selected images on its server;
• access to photos or the camera is used only following a user action and permission;
• the user saves or shares created images using device functions;
• the user can remove local data by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

6. Device permissions and service providers

Apps may request permissions only when needed for a selected feature, such as access to photos, the camera or notifications. You can change permissions in Android device settings.

Technical service providers may be used to operate certain features, including hosting, databases, notification delivery, diagnostics, Google Play Services and advertising in apps marked on Google Play as containing ads. These providers may process limited technical data under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

InfinityRealm does not grant service providers the right to use data for their own purposes except when this follows from the feature used by the user, the user’s consent or the rules of the relevant platform.

7. Data sharing and public disclosure

InfinityRealm does not sell personal data. Data may be made available to:

• other users when you publish it in a listing, profile, message or shared basket;
• technical service providers that process data on behalf of InfinityRealm to operate and protect the app;
• competent authorities when disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect users, prevent fraud or defend legal claims;
• another service operator in the event of reorganization or transfer of an app, with appropriate safeguards and notification when required.

8. Data retention

Account data and content associated with a TagProdaj or ShareBasket account are retained while the account is active or while needed to provide the service. After a deletion request, account-related data is removed except for limited data that must be retained temporarily for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution or compliance with a legal obligation.

Backups and technical logs may remain for a limited period until regularly overwritten or until the security retention period expires. Data from apps that operate locally remains on the device until the user deletes it.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data, including access controls and encrypted transmission when data is sent between an app and a server. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely risk-free, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Access, correction and deletion of data

A user may request information about data associated with their account, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of the account and associated data.

For TagProdaj and ShareBasket, you can submit a request through the Account and data deletion. To protect the account, we may request identity verification or require the request to be sent from the email address associated with the account.

DailySpray and Image Wizard Creator do not use user accounts. Their local data can be deleted through Android app settings or by uninstalling the app.

11. Transfers and processing location

Technical service providers may process data on servers outside Serbia. When such a transfer applies, appropriate contractual, security and other safeguards provided by the relevant service and applicable laws are used.

12. Children’s privacy

The apps are not intended for children under 13, and InfinityRealm does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal data may contact office@infinityrealm.rs to request verification and removal of the data.

13. The infinityrealm.rs website

The website is informational and, in its current version, does not use user accounts, data-entry forms or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may automatically record standard server data, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser type and security logs.

When you contact us by email, we retain the message content and contact details for as long as necessary to respond, provide support and document resolution of the request.

14. Links to other websites

The apps and website may contain links to Google Play or other services that have their own privacy policies. InfinityRealm is not responsible for the content or practices of independent services.

15. Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when app features, data processing practices or applicable requirements change. The last updated date will be displayed at the top of the page. Important changes may also be displayed in the app or on the website.
